Make nice looking guest email with hotel logo and pictures or get quickly started by using the standard template. All emails are porsonalised to the guest.

2. Select the email template for your hotel

Using the pre-configured email templates get you quickly started with professional guest communication. An email template for is required for greeting the guest before the stay as well as one as well as one for "Thank you for the stay" email. Custom email layouts can quickly be added to the system. All you need is the HTML code at hand, then we assist you in getting it configured. "See pre-configured template here".

3. Decide how data will be submitted

Booking data about your hotels guests is required. This data can be transmitted automatically or manually to eWecare. During the start-up, data can be send via email. Let us know which booking system you are using and we can tell you how data can be transmitted automatically.
